CANCellation Policy.

Cancellations are accepted up to 12 hours before the scheduled service.

If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your Booksy App, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account.

If the service is cancelled within 12 hours of, but at least 2 hours prior to your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you 50% of the service cost.

If the service is cancelled within 2 hours or you do not show to your appointment we reserve the right to charge you the full service cost.

The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy.

ALL payments are taken in store not on Booksy.
